The ALUMINOR repair offer

Because repairing the ALUMINOR luminaires purchased by our customers helps extend their lifespan ,
because extending the life of products is an extremely virtuous process in terms of reducing impacts on the environment , we are proud and happy to now offer a repair service for lighting fixtures manufactured in our workshops near Nice.

Do you have an ALUMINOR luminaire made in France but it has suffered damage and/or it no longer works? Do you still love it and would like it to find a second life?

It's possible!

Here's how it works:

Option 1: Your light fixture no longer works and you have not identified the problem.

We will ask you to perform 2-3 very simple tests:

*Check that your light fixture is properly plugged in and that the switch is in the “on” position.

*Check that the electrical network to which your light fixture is connected is correctly supplied

*Test the outlet by connecting another electrical device,

*Check that the bulb in your light fixture still works ( test your light fixture with a new bulb for example or test the bulb on another light fixture ).

Once these tests have been carried out, if your light fixture still does not work, we invite you to send us an email to: contact@aluminor.fr with the following information:

-the reference of your light fixture ( which appears on the label stuck on your light fixture ) or a photo of the label,

-a photo of your light fixture and/or a photo of the defective part of the light fixture if you have identified it,

-the date and place of purchase of the light fixture (if you still have the purchase invoice, otherwise give us an estimate),

- tell us if anything unusual happened while using the light ( Examples: shock during a move, wire gnawed by your dwarf rabbit, etc. )

Option 2: Your light fixture no longer works and you have identified the origin of the problem.

*If you have lost or damaged one or more clearly identified part(s), we invite you to send us an email to:

contact@aluminor.fr with the following information:

-the reference of your light fixture (which appears on the label stuck on your light fixture) or a photo of the label,

-a photo of your light fixture and/or a photo of the room if it is damaged,

- the description of the lost or damaged part,

-the date and place of purchase of the light fixture (if you still have the purchase invoice, otherwise give us an estimate),

-tell us what happened when using the light fixture ( Examples: shock during a move, wire gnawed by your dwarf rabbit, etc. )

*If you have not lost or damaged one or more clearly identified parts, and it is another problem, we invite you to send us an email to: contact@aluminor.fr with the following information:

-the reference of your light fixture (which appears on the label stuck on your light fixture) or a photo of the label,

-a photo of your light fixture ,

-the description of the problem you have identified,

-the date and place of purchase of the light fixture (if you still have the purchase invoice, otherwise give us an estimate),

-tell us what happened when using the light fixture ( Examples: shock during a move, wire gnawed by your dwarf rabbit, etc. )

Option 3: Your light fixture still works but has suffered damage:

-you have lost a small accessory that you would like to buy again (Examples: skate, socket ring, small hardware, etc.)

-you have damaged an easily removable part (Examples: lampshade, reflector, base, etc.) and you wish to replace it or have it repaired (Examples: reshape, repaint, etc.)

We invite you to send us an email to: contact@aluminor.fr with the following information:

-the reference of your light fixture (which appears on the label stuck on your light fixture) or a photo of the label,

-a photo of your light fixture and a photo of the damaged part(s),

- the description of the damaged part and what you would like us to do,

-the date and place of purchase of the light fixture (if you still have the purchase invoice, otherwise give us an estimate),

-tell us what happened with your light fixture .

Upon receipt of your email, we will study your request.

You will then receive an email with one or two proposals for the most suitable solutions. We will also provide you with an estimate of the cost of the repair, which may need to be refined by a quote at a later date.
